Get set for graduate employment with GradWISE
Griffith University has teamed up with GradWISE to empower students living with a disability, mental or physical health condition or injury thrive in graduate jobs and entry-level employment.
Offering personalised coaching sessions tailored to individual needs, GradWISE aims to equip you with the necessary skills and experience required for your employment journey.
Depending on your needs, your GradWISE career coach can:
- create a personalised plan to help you envision and pursue your career goals
- aid in reviewing and refining application documents (such as your resume and cover letter) before submission
- identify suitable accommodations throughout the recruitment process and graduate program
- advocate for necessary adjustments with employer partners
- provide feedback on unsuccessful applications
- facilitate mentorships, internships wellbeing coaching and peer support.
The GradWISE program complements Griffith's existing careers and employment services.

The Australian Disability Network is a national organisation that aims to increase and support diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Here you can:

Queensland Government Graduate Portal
The Graduate Portal allows you to register your interest in all Queensland Government graduate or student opportunities by completing one form.
Your application will remain current until the end of the year and during this time, you will be considered for all graduate opportunities that align with your qualifications.
There are also opportunities for scholarships, vacation employment, industry placements and work experience.
