You can submit the readmission form to apply for readmission.
We recommend that you apply for readmission at least two months prior to the trimester you intend to return to study. You can find trimester dates on the Academic calendar and key dates webpage.
Please note that you will not be eligible for readmission if:
- there have been significant changes to the admission requirements or you no longer meet the minimum rank for your program
- your program has been withdrawn, or the teach-out period has passed.
- you received an offer for a competitive or quota-managed program and did not attempt any study and/or were withdrawn prior to census date
- if so, you will need to apply for the program again
- Your program has professional practice requirements that you will be unable to complete.
Â
Completing your program in time
The amount of time you have to complete depends on your program and the year you commenced. See Section 3.11 of the Enrolment Procedure for details.
If an extension of time to complete is required, and is no more than 12 months, an extension will be considered as part of the readmission process.
If there is not enough time for you to complete the program, even with an extension, your readmission will not be approved, and you will need to apply for the degree again.
Â
Withdrawn program
If your program has been withdrawn, and you won’t be able to complete the program by the end of the teach out period, you will not be approved for readmission to the program.  In this case, you can apply for an internal transfer for admission to the replacement program or a new program.
